DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • WE ONLY MAKE DELIVERY TO CUSTOMERS IN MALAYSIA ONLY.

  • CUSTOMERS FROM OVERSEAS SHOULD CONTACT OUR SALES PERSON DIRECTLY WHEN PLACING ORDER.

​

  • WE DELIVER ALL OUR GOODS IN STANDARD PACKAGING MATERIALS SUCH AS CARTON BOXES AND COURIER PACKAGES. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SPECIAL REQUEST PACKAGING.

​

  • ORDER DELIVER LOCATION IS BASED ON PER ORDER ISSUED. IF YOU WISH TO DELIVER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, PLEASE PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS. 

​

  • ORDER PLACED BETWEEN MONDAY - FRIDAY WILL BE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED THE NEXT WORKING DAY. ORDER PLACED ON WEEKEND WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WILL AFFECT THE DELIVERY TIMELINE.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • GOODS SOLD ARE RETURNABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS PROVIDED THAT THE GOODS ARE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHAT WE SENT TO CUSTOMERS.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT BACK THE GOODS WITH PRINTING OR EMBROIDERY OR ANY OTHER ALTERATION ON THE SHIRTS.​

​

  • IF THE GOODS DELIVERED ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE ONE ORDERED, WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY FEE FOR THE GOODS BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND THE DELIVERY FEE FOR THE NEW BATCH OF GOODS TO THE CUSTOMERS.

  • IF THE GOODS DELIVERED ARE THE SAME AS THE ONE ORDERED, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVER FEE RETURNING BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND THE DELIVERY FEE FOR THE NEW ORDERS.

DROP SHIPPING ORDERS

​

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GOODS DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE FOR DROP-SHIPPING ORDER. 

​

DROP-SHIPPING ORDER by mean the order placed by customers are directly sent to Third Party without the inspection of customer.  Third party can be Printer, Embroiderer, Factory or Another Customer. 

​

  • THIRD PARTY SHOULD INSPECT THE GOODS BEFORE PRINTING OR EMBROIDERY ON THE SHIRTS. ONCE THE SHIRTS CONDITION IS ALTERED, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BACK THE SHIRTS.

REFUNDS

​

  • IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF ORDERS,  WE WILL PERFORM CREDIT NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE A CHEQUE FOR REFUND TO OUR CUSTOMER. CHEQUE ISSUE WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE ON EVERY 15TH OF THE MONTH.
